Hacienda Lopez Harritos

Ingredients:

·         1 1/2 oz.  Hacienda Lopez® Añejo Tequila         

·         2 oz.    Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

·         1 oz.    Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

·         1 oz.    Grapefruit Soda (Squirt)

·         1/2 oz.    Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

·         1/4 oz.    Blue Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup

·         Ice         

Method:

Salt rim of a 16 oz. pint glass with Tajin. Fill grass to its rim with ice. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add ingredients, shake and strain. Garnish with a lime, orange and grapefruit wheel or wedge.

Hacienda Lopez Sunrise

Ingredients:

·         1 1/2 oz.  Hacienda Lopez® Silver Tequila         

·         Fill Glass with Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

·         1/4 oz.    Grenadine

·         Ice         

Method:

Pour Grenadine in 10 oz. Collins grass. Fill glass to its rim with ice. Pour Hacienda Lopez® Silver Tequila. Fill glass with orange juice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange wedge.

 

Hacienda Lopez Margarita

Ingredients:

·         1 1/2 oz.  Hacienda Lopez® Reposado Tequila         

·         1 1/2 oz.  Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

·         1/2 oz.    Orange Liqueur (Cointreau)

·         1/2 oz.    Blue Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup

·         Ice         

Method:

Salt rim of a 10 oz. rock glass. Fill grass to its rim with ice. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add ingredients, shake and strain. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.

 

 Creamy Watermelon Ball

Ingredients:

·         1 oz.     Hacienda Lopez® Silver Tequila

·         1/2 oz.  Watermelon Liquor

·         1/2 oz.  Half & Half

·         1/2 oz.  Blue Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup

·         1 cup   Chopped Watermelon

·         Ice         

Method:

Muddle chopped watermelon in cocktail shaker. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake and strain into stemless 8.25 oz. cocktail glass, garnish with fresh watermelon slice (optional) and enjoy.

 

 Mexican coffee

Ingredients:

·          1/2 oz.  Hacienda Lopez® Añejo Tequila

·         1 cup   Coffee

·         1/2 oz.   Kahlua

·         1/2 oz.   Half & Half

·         Dash of cinnamon spice

·         1 teaspoon of sugar.  

Method:

In a 11 oz. mug pour coffee and ingredients.  Stir and enjoy. Garnish with cinnamon stick optional.
